|There are two reasons mail is returned with the "We do not Relay" message.
1) In your Outlook or Outlook Express, view the Account properties by selecting Tools, Accounts (or sometimes Tools, Services). Select your account and click the Properties button. Click on the Servers tab and make sure there is a check in the box that says "My server requires authentication".
2) If you have Norton AntiVirus 2002, 2003, or 2004 (or Norton Systemworks or Internet Security), open it from the Start Menu. Next, click on the Options button at the top to view the options for Norton AntiVirus. When the window opens, click on "Email" from the menu at the left. Next, UNcheck the box that says "Scan outgoing email" at the top of the list.
3) If you have Norton Inernet Security, click on the Options button and choose Norton Internet Security, click on the Email tab, and uncheck the box that scans outgoing email with the spam engine.
